Providing fast and efficient service for your equipment is a top priority for us. Our business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays, excluding New Hampshire state holidays. During these hours our goal is to return your call within one hour to initiate whatever action is needed, such as parts acquisition, and to schedule a service call if necessary. Our goal is to return calls received outside of business hours within the first hour of the next business day.
